Stay May for 10 days

I have stayed here many times. It is really clean rooms are lovely and well equipped. Staff are helpful. Breakfast lovely. All in all a great place to stay and good value for money. Booked for another 2 stays later in year.

This time we were disappointed that the five main UK channels on tv had disappeared. ITV, BBC etc. We complained and were told they had not had this since February but it was there in March when I stayed. One person said the management had not paid/updated a modem for this. One said it was a fault. They have assured me it will be rectified as there is a lovely flatscreen tv but nothing to watch in English. If this is not rectified I may reconsider my next stays.

Great place.

The room was spacious and clean. Great view. Extremely helpful and professional and nice staff.

I think the buffet breakfast needs help. There was a lot of food but none of it really tasted good. I am not a coffee connoisseur but even I couldn't drink the coffee because it was so water down. Please make a sign for your hotel that is readable from the street. I drove in circles for 30 minutes because Google maps placed me two blocks further. And the orange signs with your name on it didn't leave anywhere. That's because the hotel sign is so high up that people can't see it from street level. Just a couple of things of constructive criticism. If I am ever in the neighbourhood again I will definitely stay here again.

Well-located hotel with spacious rooms and top facilities.

Lovely spacious room, breakfast was amazing and the pool / bar were great too. Good location with a choice of restaurants nearby and a short stroll along the promenade to neighbouring Los Gigantes for even more choice, plus great views and boat trips etc. Apartment was cleaned regularly by a super-efficient and friendly cleaning team. We really enjoyed our stay.

Parking was difficult and with regular buses, it’s worth considering not renting one. Some building work featured in our sea view but nothing to do with the hotel and didn’t really cause us any problem.

The staff were very good, and the apartment was a good size. The breakfast had a lot of variety, all you need, and was served in a nice area.

The bathroom possibly needs a bit of updating.

We were given probably the worst room location in the hotel , I do understand it was only a one night booking but we were trying it with the intention of staying longer in September however we probably will not bother now as our sea view was awful !

Great pool & friendly staff, everything else disappointing

Great location in a quieter town with lots of lovely restaurants Staff were helpful and friendly Pool area was great with a bar and serving some hot food

No hot water for 5/6 nights we stayed. Reported this multiple times and it wasn't fixed. Very miserable having cold showers when paying for a nice hotel :( Would've been nice for the bar to be open past 5/6pm for pre-dinner drinks, etc. Breakfast buffet was limited after the first hour and no topping up of things. Even the basics like cereal weren't kept stocked throughout breakfast service. Quality of the fruit was quite poor. Our room could only be accessed by 2 flights of stairs which was inconvenient. Given twin beds despite asking for a double. The housekeeping team did make the beds into a double after 2 days of requesting this. The beds were only pushed together and all the bedsheets were still separate, so we fell down the gap most nights. Mattresses themselves were not comfy. Dated decor and no art/features on the walls made the room feel quite unfinished.

There is a very large selection for breakfast, everything fresh and tasty. The room is very spacious and cozy. From the balcony there is a view of the see and extraordinary sunset.

The city is cosy, the atmosphere is exotic and enjoyably. There are many places with good food around and specific (indian, chinese, italian). It is close to the beach and are many shopping places around.

Breakfast very poor, especially sausages, pastry, but lack on fresh vegetables or fruits and horribly coffees. The place is on truck delivery parking and all the time is at least one truck loading or unloading with engine running so is impossible to enjoy the terrace or to keep the window open. Also across the street is a bar with music all day long (not so nice music) . If you want this place for relaxing definitely avoid it! The see can be seen only at distance and is no chance to see the sunset

Winter break.

Ideal location. Resturants very near the hotel. You can walk to Los Gigantes in 20 minutes along the coastal path or walk to Playa de Arena in less than 10 mins. Both resorts have great choices of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was really good, plenty of choice . Great little pool area with a bar. Never a problem getting sunbeds . We have apartment 604. Fantastic sea view and the balcony wasn't overlooked. Apartments need a bit of updating . The beds incredibly hard and the pillows aren't of a good quality. Positives though are the rooms are spacious, well equipped and free aircon , which was a must when we were there.

The staff on the whole were very friendly and efficient . The reception staff not so friendly though . When you arrive back after an evening out the reception staff never once acknowledged us. Never once saying hello or goodnight. Most of the time they just chat amongst themselves. Having said that though if you had a problem it was sorted out quickly.
