Room with a wonderful view

The apartment is very nice, big, with a kitchenette, and a pleasant balcony. There is enough space to make you feel comfortable. The breakfast is good, with a wide choice of fresh products. The staff is nice and kind. The view from the room was wonderful

Using the swimming pool was a real challenge, due to the very cold water. I guess the reason was the weather, but heating a bit the water in such cases may help to make customers happier :)

Good

Great location right on the coast, our balcony had a lovely view. Nice area with a great Spanish cafe next door. Easy street parking for a car. Spacious attractive apartment. Pool area was lovely with a bar and sun loungers. Good coffee at breakfast.

Breakfast was poor compared to other hotels on Tenerife. A large choice but not much I liked. I ended up eating pastries and fresh fruit every morning. Every evening when we went to shower or bathe, the hot water ran out quite quickly and we had to wait for it to heat up.

Second time back will come again.

Lovely to have a pool and bar as the beach was not good enough his time of the year due to rough sea.

We had to ask each time for the here towels and a chair as there was three in our bedroom.

We would regret to miss this breakfast!

The hotel has a practical setup, nice amenities and good location. However there is no garage, parking on the street is doable, especially with higher chance in low season. Some more critical point was in my mind but forgot everything after the first day breakfast. It was an excellent choice from salads, fruits, could and hot buffet, pastry, etc. I can just recommend.

The room equipment are complete but some bits and pieces have little defects. Although there is a lift in the building, our room on the 6th floor was only accessible from the 4th floor with additional stairs.

I would stay here again, even if only to enjoy the outstandingly good breakfasts!

Most people who review this place talk about the amazing breakfasts. What makes them amazing is the diversity of choice. It's probably the widest range of options I've ever seen on any buffet breakfast anywhere in the world, and the foods are of good quality, including local products and wholefoods, hot and cold options. It felt as though good food, including healthy choices, was a high priority, and the management team should be admired for this. Although the building is ageing a little, the room was well-maintained, clean and comfortable, and had a basic kitchenette where you could prepare a packed lunch or a light evening meal. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but be aware they don't stay open late like in mainland Spain - many close their kitchens at 2100. The place doesn't have its own parking but it was not too much of a problem finding street parking nearby.

The location on the seafront is convenient and has a good view; it's just a little unfortunate that you get some noise from people and traffic on the street in front, even during the night, so it's not completely peaceful. Sometimes people smoke right outside the front entrance to the building, and if your balcony is above that, you will receive all their fumes. It maybe needs a designated smoking zone across the street.

Lovely hotel with a great pool area and fabulous breakfast.

Lovely hotel on the main road in Puerto de Santiago but not noisy. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices.

The coffee machine in the breakfast area broke after only one coffee.

Stay May for 10 days

I have stayed here many times. It is really clean rooms are lovely and well equipped. Staff are helpful. Breakfast lovely. All in all a great place to stay and good value for money. Booked for another 2 stays later in year.

This time we were disappointed that the five main UK channels on tv had disappeared. ITV, BBC etc. We complained and were told they had not had this since February but it was there in March when I stayed. One person said the management had not paid/updated a modem for this. One said it was a fault. They have assured me it will be rectified as there is a lovely flatscreen tv but nothing to watch in English. If this is not rectified I may reconsider my next stays.

Great place.

The room was spacious and clean. Great view. Extremely helpful and professional and nice staff.

I think the buffet breakfast needs help. There was a lot of food but none of it really tasted good. I am not a coffee connoisseur but even I couldn't drink the coffee because it was so water down. Please make a sign for your hotel that is readable from the street. I drove in circles for 30 minutes because Google maps placed me two blocks further. And the orange signs with your name on it didn't leave anywhere. That's because the hotel sign is so high up that people can't see it from street level. Just a couple of things of constructive criticism. If I am ever in the neighbourhood again I will definitely stay here again.

Well-located hotel with spacious rooms and top facilities.

Lovely spacious room, breakfast was amazing and the pool / bar were great too. Good location with a choice of restaurants nearby and a short stroll along the promenade to neighbouring Los Gigantes for even more choice, plus great views and boat trips etc. Apartment was cleaned regularly by a super-efficient and friendly cleaning team. We really enjoyed our stay.

Parking was difficult and with regular buses, it’s worth considering not renting one. Some building work featured in our sea view but nothing to do with the hotel and didn’t really cause us any problem.

We were given probably the worst room location in the hotel , I do understand it was only a one night booking but we were trying it with the intention of staying longer in September however we probably will not bother now as our sea view was awful !

Great pool & friendly staff, everything else disappointing

Great location in a quieter town with lots of lovely restaurants Staff were helpful and friendly Pool area was great with a bar and serving some hot food

No hot water for 5/6 nights we stayed. Reported this multiple times and it wasn't fixed. Very miserable having cold showers when paying for a nice hotel :( Would've been nice for the bar to be open past 5/6pm for pre-dinner drinks, etc. Breakfast buffet was limited after the first hour and no topping up of things. Even the basics like cereal weren't kept stocked throughout breakfast service. Quality of the fruit was quite poor. Our room could only be accessed by 2 flights of stairs which was inconvenient. Given twin beds despite asking for a double. The housekeeping team did make the beds into a double after 2 days of requesting this. The beds were only pushed together and all the bedsheets were still separate, so we fell down the gap most nights. Mattresses themselves were not comfy. Dated decor and no art/features on the walls made the room feel quite unfinished.

There is a very large selection for breakfast, everything fresh and tasty. The room is very spacious and cozy. From the balcony there is a view of the see and extraordinary sunset.
